I've worked as a Customer service associate at Amazon for 6 months which included me resolving customer issues related to their orders, helping them solve their queries regarding the application, raising tickets for unsolved issues and card related concerns.

I've completed my graduation in BE electrical engineering with an overall CGPA of 7.79
