I believe that I am a right candidate for this role. I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Software Engineer with a long standing in this industry.
I have worked with different teams at companies such as HireCraft, Infosys, Innominds. Currently, I am working as Principal Front-end Engineer for our client Vectorflow. Vectorflow is dedicated to using machine learning and automation to deliver improved operational efficiency - and effectiveness - across the entire physical security domain.
My roles are to strategize and provide solutions for different UI/UX design challenges and implement them in collaboration with the Design/Development team, to work with the Backend team - so they can provide data efficiently as per the requirements in the software application, to work with QA team for clarifications about bugs and requirements, to work with Engineering Managers - so they are up to date on the status/timelines of the deliverables - the challenges we face - and clarifications on requirements, and at last to build the software using best engineering practices so that it represents the data efficiently and clearly keeping performance in mind.
Apart from all this, I have also worked directly on the production systems and helped in delivery of software products. I also manage my time to learn and be up to date on skills and technologies we desire. Today, I work with technologies like ReactJs, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Sass, Bootstrap, NodeJs, SQL and have the belief to gain more skills on other technologies as well.
I work in an agile software development workstation where we strategize our daily requirements, tasks, the challenges we face and the steps we take to overcome them. Apart from this, I take part in day to day organizational activities such as mentoring junior associates, practicing code reviews between peers, interviews of new candidates, part in social activities and steps towards achieving goals set for myself each quarter.
