GM Operations Client Services & Business Analysis

• Overall accountability involves Business communications, Client services, Operational process management, and center facility management
• Daily ongoing business communication with clients, embassies for VILs, International marketing teams at medical centers via emails, chat, conferences & calibration meetings
• Client touch-base and vendor partners across countries for International patients – consultations, affordable packages, visa process, travels & translation services etc.
• Monitor International marketing team’s weekly / monthly performance and share revenue inputs
• Provide insights to improve overall customer experience, compliance areas & ROI productivity
• Manage operational MIS analysis and provide strategic business reviews to the executive management on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Work on ROI business reports as required by clients and vendor partners on ad-hoc basis
• Prepare monthly invoices with annexures and work-out with the hospitals management
