Radiotherapy Technologist (Present)

• Treatment Preparation: CT Simulation using GE REVOLUTION 128 for all treatment areas and Patient Immobilisation by Mould Room procedures using various immobilisation devices and Patient training for Gating procedures.
• Treatment Administration: To operate LINAC {Varian TrueBeam SVC 3.0}, Position patients accurately and Image verification using On-Board Imagers such as kV-CBCT & MV-kV portal imaging.
• Experienced in delivering various treatment modalities
• Documentation and Recording: Maintaining accurate records of treatment sessions, Image verification and Instructions.
• Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements, Protocols and Data confidentially.
• Patient Education: Provides ongoing education & support to patients & their families, explaining treatment procedures, potential side effects & strategies for managing symptoms or discomforts associated with Radiation Therapy.
• Quality Assurance: Participation in all routine Quality Assurance {QA} activities, such as equipment checks {Machine Performance Check (MPC) & Daily Beam quality check} and treatment plan reviews.
