• Requirement gathering, analysis and Veeva Vault configurations for enhancements
• Load data and migration of Vault configurations from source to target Vault using packages.
• Handling, Executing, Testing and Supporting Change request from customers.
• Maintaining JIRA dashboard for enhancements and Change Management process.
• Closely working with clients to understand, gather & document business requirements.
• Receiving Customer feedback & ensuring timely corrective action by defect analysis, Job fixing,

solution and preventive mechanisms

• Regular customer interactions, meetings and sharing adhoc and scheduled Vault custom reports.
• Handling multiple automation initiates using Selenium and python; demonstration to clients.

B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, India with 8.8 CGPA
