RCM is the financial cycle process between Healthcare Providers (Hospitals or Small clinic) and Patient's insurance. RCM involves verifying insurance eligibility, create the medical code for each and every service and submit the claims with respective details for processing the payments and managing outstanding balance, following the denial process.

• Processing the payments and denials.
• Referring the EOB received from client end
• That EOB contains patient information, insurance information and payment details such as (Billed amount, Allowed amount, Paid amount, Contractual adjustment and Patient Responsibility.
• Finding whether it's insurance payment or patient payment.
