- Responsible for Material Control and Material Service of Raw Material and Consumable Goods (Gate Entry, Storage, Receiving, Issue and Supply to customer). Monitor the inbound & outbound process.
- Location Management thru ERP/ Every month verify the system vs physical location control.
- Yearly Budget planning of store related activity (Like: Manpower, Handling Equipment, Space, Warehouse)
- Ensure to dispatch the material timely as per the supplier requirement
- Planning of work & Shift Management
- Monitor the operation process with inter department like: Debit note /Invoice /Quality Issue Etc
- Monitor the preventing action plan of Material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, BOPT Truck).
- Monitoring of all stores related process as per the ISO Method. To be randomly cross check the process & Responsible for the implementation of ISO (QMS,OHSAS)
- Coordination with local transporter for arrangement of trucks to other location dispatch
- To be check all transportation bill along with GR copy Vs agreement rate
- To be Monitor & Maintain the scrap yard, Scrap price negotiation / Agreement (Like: Iron chips /Aluminum/Iron parts/Corrugated Box/plastic/Rubber parts/Copper.
- To be maintain the Hazardous scrap & maintain proper document of Hazardous scrap. (Used oil, Oily container, Paint sludge, grinding muck etc.
- Prepare all process related Guideline / Work Instruction /One point lesion /Check sheet
- Manage of the entire customer audit like - OHSAS, Internal Audit, Early Inventory Customer audit.
- Monitoring of Job work parts /Monthly Schedule/Delivery
- Maintain the monthly basis Damage report of supplier & share inter department
- Maintain the store handling equipment life & provide the training of Forklift / Reach Truck /BOP Truck.
- Supplier Empty bin monitoring & Reconciliation Quarterly basis.
- Making of Each process guideline /ISO Format/Work instruction of all process.
- Driving knowledge of forklift
- Monitoring of the packing standard as per the quality standard.
- Damage report preparation of damage shipment & Mail to concern team members.
- Pallets management of wooden /plastic.

- Responsible for planning, Organizing and controlling of Warehouse Operation
- Responsible for the perpetual inventory of ABC Classification wise.
- Responsible for the Quarterly or yearly inventory.
- Make planning / Layout how to do the inventory under the declare time by management.
- Responsible for the short / excess part. Analysis report submit to the management.
- Monitor the daily scrap, which is come from line. Like - Aluminum burada, cut piece part, Plastic Part, Corrugated Box, Plastic Polythene, Hazardous chemical, Empty drum of oil.
- Daily monitoring the weight of each scrap. after weight shift to mother scrap yard
- Make Min-Max level visualization in scrap yard
- Weekly check the condition of scrap yard & arrange the vehicle when scrap cross the minimum level.
- Quarterly arrange three Quotation of scrap & Rate negotiate with scrap dealer.
- After finalization of agreement handover all the document to finance team
- Maintain the monthly scrap sale data part wise.
- Operation management of loading & weighing / invoicing of scrap.

- Responsible for Material Control and Material Service of Raw Material and Consumable Goods (Gate Entry, Storage, Receiving, Issue and Supply to customer). Monitor the inbound & outbound process.
- Monitor to arrange all incoming Child Part /Raw Material /Sheet Metal /Steel coil roll /Casting Parts to keep in proper define location
- Daily Basis GRN Monitoring thru SAP. Report to the pending GRN detail to HOD/Finance Team.
- Daily basis prepares the MIS Report like: Monthly consumption of auto parts/Consumable parts/Chemical & Value wise share the report to the HOD /Plant Head.
- Maintain the MIN-MAX level of each component according to the PPC Monthly plan.
- Manage all warehousing activities like inventory planning, Control, Inbound-outbound of component & Raw material
- Monitoring of Timely Issuance to production line & Daily Material shortage review.
- Monitoring of the timeline of Manpower work as per their DWM.
- Monitoring of the inventory control based on our MIN-MAX report & do the daily basis perpetual of height value part every day.
- Monitoring of the Hazardous chemical shelf life /FIFO Control each & every part.
- Plan to issuance the child part as per daily plan wise. If any shortage same time escalate to the production line & SCM Head.
- Keep the material in Advance in each production line
- Timely Rejection monitoring which is received from Quality team or line rejection. Report to be share to the buyer & proper follow up till dispatch.
- Monitoring the short supply, which is received from supplier. Mail to concern department same time & Process the debit note as per the company policy.
- Monitoring of Job work Part Dispatch & Reconciliation Quarterly Basis.
- Loading/Unloading of Import Shipment as per the dispatch request.
- Finish Good Stock Monitoring & Raw material Stock Monitoring.
- Control of non-movement part & Monthly Highlight with Management.
- Monthly plan for Physical Inventory location or component wise
- Using FIFO method in storage and issuing the material.

- Prepare (in both Hindi and English) and implement Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemical components in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all chemicals used in the plant comply with OEKO-TEX® standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain proper chemical labeling, including hazardous symbols, GHS pictograms, and other safety identification signs throughout the facility.
