Update and maintain employee tax declarations (LIC, PPF, EPF, tuition fees, home loan, rent receipts, medical insurance) in SAP for accurate tax computation. Support year-end tax reconciliation and Form 16 preparation activities.
- SAP HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes in SAP, including employee creation, documentation, ID generation, final settlements, resignation processing, and record maintenance. Manage joining formalities, induction coordination, employee documentation, exit interviews, clearance procedures, and separation formalities.
- Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain biometric attendance systems, regularize attendance records, track employee leaves, and generate attendance reports for payroll and management review. Handle employee leave management including Casual Leave (CL), Earned Leave (EL), Sick Leave (SL), Compensatory Off (Comp-Off), and Leave Without Pay (LWP) as per company policy.
- Documentation: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policy compliance, confidential files, and MIS reports related to HR and issuance of Reliving, Transfer, Promotion letters to the Employees
- Internal Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Learning Hub and Trust Office (Head Office) to ensure smooth internal communication and timely execution of HR processes.
- Mass Hiring: Participate in quarterly mass hiring drives conducted at the Head Office to support organizational manpower requirements and Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, document verification, and onboarding support.
- Manage candidate registration, attendance tracking, interview coordination, and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Student Fee Collection: Coordinate student fee collection processes, maintain payment records, follow up on pending fees, and ensure proper reporting and reconciliation with accounts.
- Examination Committee: As Member needs to Coordinate and manage examination activities to ensure smooth and disciplined conduct of internal examinations. Prepare and organize examination seating arrangements for students based on class strength, hall capacity, and examination guidelines.
- Enter and update student examination and practical marks accurately in the student portal within prescribed timelines.
- Address student queries related to examination schedules, hall tickets, seating arrangements, and examination procedures.
- Student Council Member: Represent student interests and act as a bridge between students, faculty, and college management to promote effective communication.
- Coordinate and support student activities, cultural events, academic programs, seminars and Orientation programs for new and existing students. Prepare presentations, and communication materials in coordination with management and faculty members. Arrange venue setup, seating arrangements, registration processes, audio-visual requirements, and student welcome activities.
