I am a passionate educator constantly changing to steer the students and teachers under my care to become independent learners. This philosophy enables me to keep myself updated with the latest education trends while involving parents and the community. Personalized learning is the way forward along with inclusivity and diversity. I believe in creating an ecosystem of learning where students take the onus of their learning and teachers teach and learn together with students,

I am a Strategic thinker and an achiever. I have been in various leadership positions at the school level. I have been the IB Diploma Coordinator and Head of Secondary School and during this time guided the high school students to excel in the IBDP final examinations and be placed in the IVY Leagues and Tier 1 colleges.

After being promoted as Vice Principal during the COVID-19 timeline- ensuring a seamless online transition without a single day of loss of the school. New student engagement strategies like Innovation curriculum, Design thinking, and other collaborative strategies were introduced along with teacher training in social and emotional training and tech integration tools.

As the Principal of the School for two years ensured smooth offline transition and increased academic rigor to overcome the loss of learning by introducing advanced math and science curriculum, competency hour, and teacher training modules for self-development.

I have done my master's in biological sciences with a specialization in molecular biochemistry. I have since done training at the University of Cambridge for a teacher and training diploma.

I am currently awaiting the result of my MA in education from BATH University, UK along with IBEC - IB educator certificate.
