• Conduct daily inspections of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs) such as metal detectors, conveyors, and sieves.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues during production and processing to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet internal quality and food safety transportation standards.
• Participate in internal audits, product quality exercises, and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Provide regular training to floor staff and workmen on food safety, hygiene practices, and operational protocols.
