I am Apoorva, a Meditation Coach , Yin Yoga Teacher and Happiness and Mindfulness Coach based in New Delhi.
As a teacher, I specialize in teaching Shamatha Vipassana Meditation along with Breathwork ,Yin Yoga Therapy classes along with facilitating workshops on Happiness and Mindfulness .
I have designed comprehensive programs that cater to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
My introductory program provides a detailed overview of Shamatha Vipassana practice along with breath practices, while my advanced program of integrates Yin Yoga Therapy and frameworks from the Happiness and Mindfulness Coaching .
This combination of meditation, yoga, breathwork and coaching provides a holistic approach to wellness that can be transformative for individuals seeking balance in their lives.
Daoist Elements and wisdom of the Traditional Chinese Medicine along with understanding their energetic value and the subtle art of creating the ideal environment for a transformational experience of body, mind and soul to take place. I work on the 5 elements of the human body to bring them in balance through my Yin classes.
My Happiness workshops takes participants to the next level of happiness and growth by equipping them with methods, tools and activities derived from of the ‘Happiness Blueprint’, formulated by Happiitude Global in association with the Berkeley Well-Being Institute, California.
My Mindfulness workshops have a unique approach of bringing together eastern practices with the western frameworks that has helped people to be more productive at work, have greater relationships & live a better life.
The benefit of Eastern teachings is that they give an experience through tools, activities & practices whereas; Western methods give understanding through framework, research and scientific evidence to ensure effectiveness.
