I am very proficient in the field of psychology. I am a self-driven individual with strong task-performance abilities. I favour using a person-centred approach when providing counselling. I am familiar with advanced professional psychological treatments and have the ability to apply them in both clinical and non-clinical settings. I am knowledgeable in a variety of guiding, counselling, and family therapy techniques.
I have done the internship in clinical psychology for college students at the Department Of Mental Health & Behavioural Sciences , Fortis Health Care Limited. Apart from that I have also done internship in National Institute Of Social Defence (NISD).Also, I have Attended a workshop designed by Global , Trainers , coaches , and counsellors organisation on for the evaluation and training of the basic counselling skills for young professionals.
I have done my masters in Counselling And Family Therapy from IGNOU (MCCFT) And Diploma in Guidance And Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia .
