Iam Appu Jayan, completed Btech Mechatronics. Currently i work as Maintenance Engineer at CAFS (Casino Air Caterers and Flight Services). With over 4 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, I am confident that I possess the skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.

My experience as a Maintenance Engineer includes working on Preventive Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Scheduling Maintenance work, Walk in Chiller, Walk in Freezer, Food safety, Hygiene, Documentation, purchasing necessary equipment and materials, Handling Project works, Solar Panel Maintenance and Safety Training.

My technical aptitude has enabled me to efficiently troubleshoot equipment failures, identify sources of recurring breakdowns, implement preventative strategies and maximize the operational efficiency of machinery. Additionally, I have a proven track record for following safety protocols when performing repairs or servicing machines. I have a strong background in food safety and hygiene, with particular expertise in HACCP certification and the implementation of quality control systems.
