I am currently working as a full time as a Senior Compliance Executive at an Insurance firm. I also give Company Secretarial services such as Company Incorporation, Annual Filing services, Maintaining Statutory registers, Maintaining minutes book etc.

• Drafted, vetted and executed various types of agreements such as Leave and License, Lease Deed, MoU, Service Agreements, Vendor Empanelment Agreements and Placement Agreements for the LLP and its affiliate companies.
• Co-ordinated with external consultants in Court matters.
• Carried out event based IRDAI compliances related to provisions of Appointment and resignation of Specified person, opening and closing of Branches, and other ancillary matters.
• Carried out MCA compliances regarding the LLP and the affiliate companies.
• Kept a record of the strategic enhancements to be done for the business.
• Closely monitored the process of obtaining the License and permits applicable for various branches in different cities of India.
