• Led the complete architecture and interior design of three Maruti Suzuki regional office-cum-showroom developments across Bangalore, Lucknow and Ahmedabad, each with 13,900 sq. mtr BUA.

• Estate resort, Almora: developed the complete architectural design and planning for a 12,830 sq. mtr estate resort with a strong Kumaoni design spirit.
• Private estate, Almora: developed the architectural planning and design for a 5,475 sq. mtr private estate on sloped terrain.
• Hill hotel, Dharamshala: developed a Basement+9 hospitality development on a 2,830 sq. mtr sloped site, integrating three cores, banquet, spa and private residence with segregated service circulation.
• Boulevard Road, Srinagar: developed the design response for a 1,200 sq. mtr heritage-constrained hotel site, retaining the original shell and reinterpreting traditional Pinjrakari screening through GRC and metal framing.
• Led preliminary through final GFC packages, detailed BOQs, fee estimates and client presentations.
• Resolved passive cooling, orientation and site-responsive massing strategies ahead of MEPF coordination; managed permitting and statutory compliance.
