• Consumer Electronics Device – International Client: Led industrial design for a handheld consumer electronic product where the design was finalized directly with the mold maker. Supported DFM iterations, part detailing, and tooling discussions; delivered a 25‑unit functional prototype batch for early‑stage customer trials and validation.
• Defense Utility Product (Scaled Variant): Designed a compact, optimized version of an existing large‑scale defense utility system. Focused on packaging, manufacturability, and assembly logic. Large‑scale variant is currently in production; compact version is nearing mold finalization with vendors.
• Aerospace Air Data Probe: Designed and optimized the external structure of a high‑performance air data probe, focusing on aerodynamics, manufacturability, and compliance. Contributed to internal airflow design, CAD modeling, and fixture/bending tool development; project nearing final approval.
• Wearable Medical Device (On-Ear Form Factor): Contributed to the industrial design of an on-ear wearable medical device, focusing on ergonomics, comfort, form factor development, enclosure CAD, and integration constraints for electronics and sensors.
• Medical Ventilator UI & Enclosure: Designed UI layouts for a medical ventilator display system, ensuring compatibility with embedded display hardware (DWIN DGUS); one variant implemented. Supported follow‑up hardware enclosure design.
• FMCG Product Redesign: Led product redesign and optimization for a major FMCG client, resolving mechanical, cosmetic, and assembly issues. Final concept selected and currently undergoing field testing.
• 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) Cabin System: Part of a multidisciplinary team developing a 3D‑printable cabin system. Delivered structurally viable designs under strict print and material constraints; assisted in printer testing and troubleshooting.
• Defense Sensor Housing & Fixtures: Developed high‑fidelity CAD models, manufacturing fixtures, and visualizations for defense‑sector sensor housings, working under compliance‑driven constraints.
