• Maintain MIS reports and also Quality check in Disputes
• Ensure SLA adherence and regulatory compliance in all cases
• Create cases based on the customer requirement in Disputes that may be Duplicated transaction, unauthorized steppay transaction, Credit card transactions, EFTPOS transaction & ATM withdrawal Transaction, etc.
• Customer will share evidences & documents through mail so i will create case and upload documents for that particular customer ID
• Update & share the reports to the manager on daily basis
