Postgraduate in English with two years of teaching experience in coaching and current experience as an Associate Resource Person at Azim Premji Foundation. Possesses a strong grounding in English language and literature, learner-centred pedagogy, lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and educational content development. Academic papers on AI and Literature and Tribal Folklore Literature have been presented at national-level seminars.

Associate Resource Person (ARP) - Azim Premji Foundation

In this role, I plan and facilitate child-centred, activity-based learning sessions to support foundational language and literacy. I develop and use teaching-learning materials to connect classroom concepts with children's experiences, observe learners' participation and progress, and reflect on teaching practices. School and community visits also contribute to my understanding of children's learning needs and the wider educational context.

I work collaboratively with educators and community members to support children's learning.

English Teacher - Coaching

I have taught English language and literature to learners at coaching centres, adapting explanations and classroom activities to students' learning levels. My teaching has included grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and the interpretation of literary texts. I have prepared lessons and practice exercises, assessed learners' progress, and provided feedback to strengthen their understanding and confidence in English.
