Arian Kashyap

Although pursuing a career in Sports Management, I am an open-ended individual and I have worked in various sectors including HR and PR. While my main forte is in managing individuals especially players and students, I have a background in English content writing and possess impeccable speaking skills which has allowed me to be part of multiple projects in several different fields.

In a full-time role I have been a part of a content writing team that wrote articles based on the NBA, WNBA and college basketball in the USA. While this was my most recent job, I also have expertise in managing teams and individuals as I worked as a Technical Coordinator for the largest football academy in India. During my time there I was taking care of centers around Delhi and Gurgaon and was responsible for communicating between the business team and the operations team and ensuring that the two worked collectively for the greater benefit of the company and its employees.

The experience helped me grow as a person and allowed me to see the challenges faced by a company and how one can overcome them without causing jeopardy to the already existing projects.

My most recent education is my bachelor's degree in physical education and Sports Sciences. I took up the following course as I am looking to have a career in sports in the long run and saw it as an opportunity to be around individuals pursuing the same goal while also learning about the human body and how different sports require various levels of fitness. It was a lovely experience, and it enabled me to go on and work with sports companies as it gave me a good outlook on how the industry can be for a new recruit in sports.
