CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) Technician - MOH (Ministry of Health) - Gulf

8 years of Gulf experience. Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, inspection, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Experienced in operating sterilization equipment, maintaining infection control standards, and following international healthcare protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Maintaining all required processing and good computer skills of MS-Office, (Excel, Word and Internet). Work under pressure with the determination to succeed.

• Collect used surgical instruments and medical equipment from hospital departments.
• Clean, disinfect, inspect, assemble, and package instruments.
• Operate sterilization equipment such as steam autoclaves and low-temperature sterilizers.
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles using physical, chemical, and biological indicators.
• Store sterile supplies under appropriate conditions.
• Issue sterile instruments and consumables to operating rooms, wards, and other departments.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels of sterile supplies.
