• Appearing on behalf of the office before the Hon’ble High Court

• Played a pivotal role in several cases, demonstrating a keen understanding of complex legal concepts and contributing to the successful resolution of numerous matters
• Along with assisting our office in various capacities, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents comprise of lease deeds and agreements and providing administrative support for case management. 

1. Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management (GIDM) | June 2018 to November 2019 

• Endowed with the responsibility of designing trainings, training methodologies, contemporary pedagogies to conduct capacity building training and sensitization programs to inculcate a culture of disaster resilience in a state.
• Liasoning with Government departments for conducting training. 
• I was an instrumental to float bid though National Competitive Bidding to invite consultants in field of Disaster Risk Management.
• Through my programs, I have been able to sensitize more than 1.0 lakh workers at the grass- root level, most of whom are women, thereby furthering the agenda of empowering women in disaster risk management, heatwave preparedness & first aid.
• During my tenure, GIDM has initiated to take up consultancy projects to design and develop Disaster Risk Management Plan. I was involved in the process since inception and GIDM has prepared DRM plan for GIFT CITY. I was part of Team for development of such initiative.

1. Industries Commissioner Office | July 2015 to November 2016 

• I was associated with the EoDB Cell (Ease of Doing Business), which is a well-known Government of India initiative to reform, develop and promote industrial and business activities.
• It was multi sectoral project covering more than 20 key departments and I was given the responsibility to assist the team & coordinate with all the department heads.
• As a part of the job description, I also developed the expertise of preparing executive summaries of questionnaires of organizations like World Bank.
• Developed an expertise to conduct multi-sectoral Focused Group Discussions (FGD) with members of ‘Gujarat Chamber of Commerce’ to help the department to achieve their targeted goal

1. Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) | November 2011 to October 2012 

• I worked for BIAL in Emergency & Business Continuity Management department (E&BCM).
• During this stint, I was given the responsibility to conduct weekly audit of
• Responsible to analyses risk to the organization and provide solution with Business Continuity Plan

1. Dholera Special Investment Regional Dev. Authority | October 2010 to November 2011 

•  I looked after assignment of contracts to Consultants for Development plans and Town Planning Schemes (TPS).
• I learnt and develop first-hand experience in Project Management, Procurement Management, Consultant (Vendor) Management and Contract Management.

1. Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority | March 2005 to September 2010 

• My professional career began with Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority as Senior Executive. Gradually, I was promoted and finally, I was working as Sector Manager, responsible for Procurement & Project Management related activities.
• I handled the Procurement activities through various procurement methods viz. International Competitive Bidding & National Competitive Bidding, following the World Bank guidelines and procedures as well as Govt. of Gujarat’s procedure.
• I personally supervised all the phases of procurement; from preparation of procurement plan, implementation, preparation of bid documents, conducting bidding process on behalf of GSDMA, preparation of Bid Evaluation Reports (BER), and award notification to successful bidder, execution of Contract and post contract activities viz. delivery of goods, clearance from customs department, inspection, acceptance, training and disbursement of claims.
• After the completion of the Gujarat Emergency Earthquake Reconstruction Project (GEERP), I was entrusted to carry out procurements for Govt. of Gujarat and I successfully implemented e- procurement methodology and executed procurement following Govt. of Gujarat’s guidelines.
• I had the opportunity to work under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (Additional Chief Secretary of the State) and under the guidance of the then Task Team Leader (TTL) of World Bank for the GEERP.
