Assistant General Manager- EBO East - TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd (April’ 18 to April’ 24)

• Retail Operation-Achieving secondary targets and like to like growth in 59 stores across WB, Orissa, Jharkhand, handling total annual portfolio of 47.6 Cr from 48375 SQFT, managing retail operations, analyzing business, planning regional marketing campaigns and execution, etc.
• Profitability – Making retail stores profitable through rationalizing cost, improving sales and retail management, initiating new concepts / improvisations and implementing them to achieve desired sell through of merchandise. Analyzing stock mix in stores and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Manpower management and SOP – Managing total store team strength of 227 members including Store Managers, Asst. Managers and CEO. Ensuring timely recruitment of quality manpower as per business requirement and their subsequent training and development. Assessing their performance periodically and initiating corrective action. Also ensuring that all SOP is being strictly adhered to by team.
• Business Development- Coordinating with BD team for expansion and increasing presence in key markets in line with organizations expansion plans. Opening of new stores and upgrading existing stores.
• Franchisee Management- Managing the existing partners and ensuring smooth running of the business. Also ensuring that they follow the guidelines of the company and run the business as per the company standard. Convincing new franchisees to invest in the business.
• Alternate Channel Sales –Generating additional secondary for the stores through alternate channels of sale, Institutional orders and tie-ups.
