- Chola's billing tool splits invoices by location, generates separate Excel files per branch, and zips them automatically — a job that used to take 6–12 hours now runs in under a minute.
- Built a report generator for Annapurna that takes case details and auto-formats them into the final verification report, cutting 10–15 minutes of manual copy-paste and formatting off every report.
- Built a report generator for LIC Housing Finance that automates verification report formatting, saving roughly 100 minutes a day.
- Run field verification end-to-end for Annapurna Finance, Cholamandalam Finance, and LIC Housing Finance — intake, dispatch to field agents, report write-up, client submission.
- Own Cholamandalam's client portal solo across both manager and agent logins — assignment receipt, dispatch, and submission, no handoffs.
- Maintain a daily MIS tracker across every active case for all client accounts.
