Arnav Yadav

I am an MSc Real Estate Asset Management graduate from the University Of Manchester, with a solid background in business management and a great interest in real estate and project management. I am based in Gurgaon and have substantial real estate experience. My experience includes internships in corporate analytics and investment management, where I improved my analytical and strategic planning abilities.

I currently handle operations at PSY RMC, one of Gurgaon's largest RMC suppliers, where I can further enhance my leadership and operational skills. I am thrilled to apply my talents and knowledge to new and significant projects in the commercial real estate market.

I have a solid expertise in real estate and project management, and I currently handle operations and strategic initiatives at PSY RMC, one of Gurgaon's leading RMC suppliers. My responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, client relationships, and business development, as well as developing process changes and ensuring industry compliance.

During my consulting engagement with Bruntwood and the University of Manchester, I conducted a thorough analysis of a real estate portfolio, made strategic recommendations for office space consolidation, and offered financial analyses comparing leasing and purchasing options.

As a Business Analytics Intern at Spinny, I worked directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on brand strategy and identified potential in the Electric Vehicle sector. During my internship at Aditya Birla Capital, I worked with a Fund Manager to gain a better grasp of financial portfolio management in India.

My leadership responsibilities included serving as President and Treasurer of the Indian Society of Manchester, where I organized and supervised over 40 successful events. I am an expert in Java, Python, HTML, Excel, and SAS data management, with good project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

I have an MSc in Real Estate Asset Management from the University of Manchester, where I received a projected First Class degree. My main courses were Real Estate Corporate Consultancy Project, Real Estate Investment and Finance, Real Estate Law in Practice, Real Estate Markets, Land and Development, Property Valuation, and Dissertation. In addition, I engaged in international fieldwork in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

I also earned a BSc in Management (Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy) from Alliance Manchester Business School. My courses included Financial Decision Making, Fundamentals of Financial Reporting, Fundamentals of Management Accounting, Quantitative Methods of Business Management, Introduction to Management and Organization Studies, Creativity-Design-Entrepreneurship, Advanced Strategic Management, and Economic Analysis I&II.

Furthermore, I completed my entire schooling at Pathways World School Aravali following the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
