Currently serving as Head – Academics & Service Delivery at KLAY, I oversee academic strategy and learning implementation across a national network of schools, while also leading cross-functional teams, teacher development, and quality assurance. My leadership integrates global pedagogical frameworks and progressive skills models to create inclusive, future-ready learning ecosystems.
Recognized with the Indian Achievers Award and the Educational Leadership Award (2023), I have successfully driven scalable academic solutions, faculty development, and strategic planning across varied geographies and learner segments. To strengthen leadership capabilities in globally aligned school systems, I am pursuing a PDQ in Educational Leadership from Cambridge International.
