• Maintain MSME-registered vendors list for compliance
• Reconcile vendor ledgers and related transactions quarterly
• Verify tally entries match vendor bills (check address, company name, GST number)
• Ensure e-invoices are valid for GST input credit
• Get approvals from concerned teams before processing payments
• Confirm correct GLs, cost centers, and direct/indirect classification
• Book assets under correct purchase heads with proper narration
• Coordinate with foreign vendors for TRC, Form 10F, NO PE declarations
• Prepare Form 15CA/CB with CA for foreign payments
• Prepare and file TDS returns quarterly
• Share TDS certificates and respond to vendor queries
• Track TDS reimbursement for corporate card transactions
• Verify director reimbursements and match with bills
• Track and process employee reimbursements per company policy
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Reconcile insurance ledger with vendor ledger
• Ensure prepaid entries are correctly accounted
• Track GSTR-2B data and follow up for missing bills
• File monthly STPI data in STPI portal
• Ensure month-end provisions and advance payments are correctly posted
• Prepare vendor outstanding list and share with Treasury
• Generate monthly Trade Payables Aging, Advances Aging, Purchase Register, Variance Reports
• Follow up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on hold
• Support internal and statutory audits
• Monitor fund inflow/outflow to prioritize payments
• Ensure statutory payment cut-off dates are met
• Coordinate with CA for taxation matters
• Continuously improve Accounts Payable processes
• Report daily activities to the Finance Lead
