Managing
Shift, leave management etc. and Preparing Service Improvement plan and Raising Training Need Identification request for team's skill improvement. Creating knowledge repository for the streamlining of the project which will be helpful for new joiners to have better understanding of things and for easy reference.
- Data/Network Support Layer 1-Provide support for Layer 1 Connectivity issues on rack-to- rack connectivity, Cat6 Connectivity testing Via Fluke Lan tester, shifting of pair or tracking root cause of Network problem at connectivity level.
- Network / Hardware Support- Trouble shoot for all the Network devices functionality and connectivity. Provide support for hostel, school, and housing Network complaint such as internet, line to line connectivity, rack to rack connectivity, proxy settings, devices configuration etc. Desktop, Laptop and printer settings and application-level support to all the staff as well and students.24*7 support in hostel for the students.
- Computer Hardware Support-That includes all Desktop/ Printers and Laptop testing troubleshooting at user end as well as in computer center providing telephonic as well as remote session support of all the Staff and Faculty members.
- Resolve Basic Networking Issue like Network connectivity and internet, and Co- ordinate with and Vendor & Customer to resolve Network issue. Resolve Error in early stage to avoid time expenditures.
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer program sand systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Providing online support customer in case any queries in LAN configuration & configuration of Routers Protocols- TCP/IP, VLAN.
- Assembling & installing computer hardware & peripherals.
- MAC address Registration for Wireless Network.
- Assigned with operation for handling entire Network through hotel net.
- Troubleshooting any hardware & network related problem
- Managing file & network printer and providing permissions to various users which also include applying folder quotas.
- Troubleshooting of software/ hardware issues in response to Help Desk requests through net meeting and remotely access.
- Managing Policies and Profiles of the users in Controller.
- Software administration: installation of MSOffice , MS Window XP, Win7,WIN10, Win 11
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and network implementations and Network Monitoring System.
- Configuration and management of 9 DVR and 115 CCTV cameras.
