• Hands-on experience with ATS tools like SAP SuccessFactors for managing end-to-end recruitment workflows
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Handling the recruitment cycle ranging from initial sourcing to coordinating for mobilization.
• Coordinating and following up interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
