• Drive overall plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution and output reliability across multiple product lines. Operational activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion, Monitoring the Production Planning at sites, ensuring cost control within budget.
• Own plant-level profitability by optimizing conversion costs, improving asset utilization, and delivering sustained cost reduction through lean initiatives.
• Enhance plant capacity utilization by onboarding new clients, expanding existing business, and aligning production capabilities with demand forecasts.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and customer quality requirements; drive reduction in defects (DPMO/DPMU) and strengthen quality systems.
• Liasoning with FDA, Pollution Board, Team member of Process Validation, Environmental Monitoring and other activities required for GMP compliances, Faced ISO 22716, & URSA audits. Safety audit. HAZOP Study etc.
• Manage key FMCG client relationships, ensuring service excellence, business growth, and long-term contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Align procurement, planning, and inventory strategies to reduce working capital while ensuring uninterrupted production and service levels.
• Oversee operations across multiple manufacturing sites, including plant setup, technology transfer, and capacity expansion initiatives.
