• Monitoring the process by doing the Process audit, check sheet audit & 5's audit.
• Finding failure related issues & arrest the issue by highlighting through NC.
• Giving assurance to 1st produced board by doing First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Finding defects in VI stations by doing sampling inspection in hourly basis.
• Doing loading verification once after reel loading done by production Operator.
• Doing Reel Load Check (RLC) verification & double check process every 2 hours once to avoid wrong loading
• To maintain quality instruction for reduce the customer complaints.
• Addressing the key issue in line to respective DRI.
• Reporting to shift DRI regard the issue & RCCA for the TOP hitters.
