- Backup of Huawei MUX, NMS U2000 (DB backup & Script backup) on daily basis
- Optical fiber network O&M Monitoring, Maintenance, Configuration and Troubleshooting for OSN1832X16 and OSN1832X4 Working on Huawei U2000 (NMS) and Huawei I Master NCE
- Daily Monitoring of ECI, Huawei & Microwave (RTN, Ceragaon, NEC, ZTE) equipment on NMS
- Handling of all site issues. Fault management in ECI, Huawei & Microwave equipment
- Backup restoration of Faulty Mux (RTN, BG, OSN, Ceragaon)
- All microwave report (Link down, Node Visibility, Fluctuation, Alarm per NE) preparation on daily basis and circulate to concern team & provide solution to clear the issue
- NMS support for the Field engineers in case of Faults
- Using U2000 Client for monitoring of Huawei and ECI network alarm monitoring
- Using ECI_NMS & EMS Light soft (V8)
- Detects faults, priorities and takes immediate corrective actions according to the Fault management procedures
- Provided support in planned activity like migration of services like 2G,3G, SRAN, also given support to hardware related issues
- Handling over the services to the end customers by provisioning, configuring and testing the bandwidth on the network
- To analyze the overall operation of the alarms of network operation center (NOC) and to maintain it accordingly so that the occurrence of alarm can be reduced resulting in the outage control
- CO-ordination with Circle engineers for quick resolution of faults
- Ensure alarms threshold and escalate to relevant parties to act on corrective of alarms detected, isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to support teams
- Responsible to achieve SLA (Service Level Agreement) by completing the given task
- Capable of handling the ticketing tool effectively, As well as reduce ticket count once fault fixed
- Fetching alarm logs on daily basis and analysis the same during sign off
- Responsible to attend all incoming calls from field tech and give support to the tech
- Coordinating with field team to trouble shooting and fix the faults
- Responsible for trouble ticket creation and escalation and work order assignment. EMS/NMS administration and acknowledgement of network alarms
- Prepare Equipment Spare Availability Report
- Prepare Material Movement , OFC Outage Report, Fiber Cut Report, Server Installation billing , OFC Measuring Equipment Details, OFC O&M Report, Follow-up Customer Issue and O&M Team, and maintain faulty card details of NOC
- Hand on experience on Huawei Devices OSN, RTN
- Troubleshooting of transmission part Voice and business services
- Raise High and urgent change for critical alarm [partial fiber break] and aggregator ports [Amplifier port] and resolve this under specific plan of action
- Fault Troubleshooting on ECI Equipment's XDM1000, XDM100, BG40, BG20, and ECI NPT Family
- Management of SDH network through NMS (Huawei U2000)
- Node addition, topology creation, stability, SNCP, MSP testing, Loop Testing & Traffic Shifting
- Ensuring Timely escalation for OFC outages and co-ordination for earlier restoration to minimize MTTR
