Dear Hiring Manager, I am holding good 9 years of experience in Hospitality Industry and I am confident that I have the skills and qualifications that would make me an ideal candidate for this position.
My last assignment, I was working with The Living Adventure (Accor) in the Global Sports Event 2022 Qatar-FIFA worldcup. Being a part of pre-opening team, I got more responsibilities and opportunities to carve my skills. We served in 660 properties with 66,800 keys throughout Qatar successfully.
I have proven track record of success in managing the front office operations. I am also proficient in using hospitality software, including but not limited to, Opera, IDS and Hotelogix.
Most importantly, I am passionate about providing excellent customer services and I have constantly achieved high customer satisfaction rating.
Holding 9 years plus experience in Hospitality Industry. I worked with many 5* properties, brands like Hyatt, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Accor etc.
I have done Masters in Human Resources and Events Management.
