• Manage civil aspects of projects independently and conduct 3D modeling using SP3D.
• Perform project assessments and participate in discussions on project scope.
• Review technical documents: EDB, MDS, GAD, PMS, P&ID, LNE list, etc.
• Extract General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Isometrics, and Material Take-Off (MTO) data.
• Implement automation commands where required.
• Communicate with clients to resolve design and modeling queries.
• Participate in project review meetings at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages.
