- Taking action against employees who commit misconduct
- Issuing warning, call letters, reprimand, charge sheet to employees found guilty
- Conducting domestic inquiry wherever required
- Handling day to day worker's problem to maintain harmonious industrial relations for smooth functioning of the company
- Quick action over grievances by constant touch with employees
- Canteen, Housekeeping, Drinking water facility, Traveling, Garding, and Security etc.
- Providing first aid boxes with medicines in the unit and First aid trained people are available in the factory by organizing First Aid Training programmes from time to time
