- I have exposure to various industries i.e E-Commerce, Pharma, Diagnostic, Logistic, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Engineering, Automobile, Petroleum, Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Service and other industries.
- I have expertise in various GAAP i.e., IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, Indian GAAP and other GAAP.
- I have experience of Global Consolidation, Corporate MIS, Share valuation, merger and acquisition, transfer pricing, financials analysis
- I have exposure to ERP implementation and integration, SAP control master guardian.
- I am instrumental in IPO/fund raising activity, Debt/Bond compliance, due diligence, prospectus, and MD&A writing.
