I currently work as a Senior Cloud Applications Consultant at OpenText, with over 6 years of experience in Customer Communications Management, mainly focused on OpenText Exstream design, development, and production support.

My work primarily involves designing and maintaining communication templates, handling multi-channel outputs like print, email, and digital communications, and managing the complete lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and production support. I’ve also worked closely with cloud environments, automation, and troubleshooting high-volume communication platforms to ensure stability and performance.

Over time, I’ve developed strong expertise in communication design, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including upstream application owners and infrastructure teams.

At this stage, I’m looking to expand my exposure by working on larger CCM ecosystems where I can contribute not just technically but also toward improving communication efficiency and platform reliability.

I’m currently working as a Sr. Cloud Applications Consultant at OpenText, and over the past 6+ years I’ve been deeply involved in Exstream design, development, and production support for large-scale communication platforms.

In my current role, I:

• Build and manage Exstream templates and applications using Designer, Content Author, Design Manager, Communication Builder, and Control Center
• Design and develop multi-channel communications including letters, invoices, emails, and SMS
• Handle the full cycle from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and scheduling
• Work extensively with Azure cloud, batch/on-demand processing, RCA, automation, and production stability
• Collaborate with upstream systems and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow
• I’m particularly interested in opportunities where I can contribute to high-volume CCM platforms, design new templates, improve efficiency, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
