• Ensure the Execution is done in safe manner, Review of SOP, Methodology, Lift Plan, Maximising Modular erection, Conducting safety meeting as per schedule
• Defining scope of work along with technical specifications, Vendor evaluation and preparation of technical recommendations

• Timely providing front to other deptt for further civil works, Equipment erection, EOT erection etc
