I am a graduate from Punjab technical University in Electrical Domain.
I initially joined Jaypee cement from 2008 to 2012 as Electrical Shift Engineer where O&M activity carried out, breakdown maintenance.
In Jan 2012 i joined Honda motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd as Sr Engineer in Utility Department. I was promoted 2 times for remarkable performance. I am leading team of 14 person ( 7 engineer's and 7 electricians). My Role responsibility is team management, new cost reduction projects, Utility Budget, MSQCD Parameters, Business plan, MIS , Equipment OM , Manpower Handling,
