- Having a very good Knowledge on application life cycle process and application management (both physical and virtual apps).
- Test the source against provided test cases and analyze whether the application can be sequenced or need to be packaged using MSI technology.
- Capturing the applications and customizing according to the user requirements by using various packaging tools like (Admi Studio, InstallShield, Repackager, Appv5.1, orca, PMPC CAS server, Citrix studio etc..) and create packages (MSI, MST, APP-Silent installation).
- Responsible for creating packages for windows, servers and Citrix servers, PMPC packages and deploying through different deployment tools like SCCM (System center configuration manager) and configured CA2 packages in Ivanti configuration server and CAS server.
- Customization using VB Scripts, Windows PowerShell and PSADT scripts as per customer's need and requirement.
- Prioritized application packaging requests based on user requirementand delivered before the provided SLA and troubleshoot the issues in the package and perform testing. Resolved all the escalation of my team members so that I have received so many appreciations mail from clients.
- Made Quality Assurance test documentation based on the requirements of the company and performed the testing to make sure the quality of package is maintained.
- A good Team player with excellent technical & communication skills.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed records and develop and maintain reports and statistics as required or assigned on a weekly or as needed basis and thus ensuring the basic check of the records aligns to company standards.
