Develop and maintain MIS systems and databases. Analyze business operations and processes to identify areas of improvement. Analyzing and gathering the information. And in any problematic areas I will be investigating and implement to solve the issues.

MIS - Serco BPO Limited - Hyderabad (BSNL)

• Responsible to meet all agreed client SLA's/KPIs and performance parameters.
• Plan and organize the day-to-day client reports and further analysis which is required.
• Analyzing MIS & other statements with a view to upgrade the Floor.
• Real-time mgmt.
• Stack ranking.

MIS (Inbound) - SERCO BPO - Hyderabad

• Maintaining Daily Reports sending it to Client & Operations.
• Preparing Agent Productivity Report, Daily Login Hours and Tracking the Complete Agent Data.
• Sending Hourly RTM Report.
• Interaction Between Operations & Client to Achieve the Targets.
• Preparing Weekly Roster & will publish it to Managers & Team Leaders.
• Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly reports.

MIS (Outbound) - SERCO BPO - Hyderabad

• MIS Reports and Prepare Daily Management Information.
• Maintaining record for Previous CSR & MIS Reports.
• Uploading data in dialers daily wise.
• Handling Dialer and resolved all related problems of dialer.
• Capable of leading a team and groom them to achieve individual & team targets through constructive feedback mechanism.
• Direct meeting with the Clients and escalate problems in various processes for the growth of the Company.
