- Passed FSSI audits 1 times in hotel.
- Knowledge about SOP.
- Can do Ordering any inventory of PO and store.
- Maintaining all the paper work regarding KST and AUDITS.
- Responsible for up keeping and maintaining of the Department, rearranging the manpower control on material use Control of use casual utilities.
- To ensure that high standard of personal Hygiene and grooming are strictly observed by all staff members.
- To maintain good and positive working relationship with colleague and all other department.
- To carry out delegated back of house cleaning duties ensuring that highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness at all times.
- To Co-operate communicate with other colleagues and HOD to ensure effective department team work.
- To carry out any other reasonable task requested by HOD or managements.
- To ensure the safe economy use of stewarding equipments.
