- Train the Housekeeping staffs on the usage of the equipment's, tools and consumables.
- Responsible for all environmental activities during his/her shift.
- Responsible for handling foreigner guest.
- Delegate responsibilities to the cleaning staffs and also ensure that same is carried out as per schedule.
- Maintaining of checklist & other records.
- Tracking of all consumables, materials, Equipment's & provides sufficient data to the facility manager to generate reports.
- Shall brief the staffs on a regular basis and maintain standards.

- Will ensure proper grooming and staff behavior while on shift
- Will ensure proper guidance and training to the staff
- Will take ownership on all activities, complaints and escalations with proper relationship with the aviation staff.

- Will ensure the tools and tackles and all machineries are well maintained
- Will ensure proper handing over and taking over of the shift to ensure smooth operations in the system.

- Responsible for waste disposal.
- Delegate responsibilities to the cleaning staffs and also ensure that same is carried out as per schedule.
- Maintaining of checklist & other records.

- Shall brief the staffs on a regular basis and maintain standards.
- Will track all porting activities and cleaning activities of the staff deployed on the designated floors.

- Should be polite and respect the patient and the patient attendants.
- Ensure the floors, wards, rooms and restrooms are well cleaned as per the standards.
- Ensure proper chemicals are used to clean the floors, restrooms and other locations at the hospital without any damage to the property or causing any hindrance to the patient or patient attendants
- Ensure all common areas and hospital surrounding is kept clean at any given time.
- Will ensure patients are not disturbed in any manner during the cleaning activities.
- Inform shift supervisor/executives about the discrepancy and challenges ensure proper stock of chemicals and consumables are available for all cleaning activities during the shift.
- Will ensure proper PPE's are used for all cleaning activities in the hospital.
- Will ensure proper segregation of biomedical waste and general waste in the hospital and timely clearance of garbage from the floors.
- Staff to follow the hospital protocol as instructed by the client any violation of the process will be taken to task.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and tackles any abnormalities to be brought to the notice of the supervisor/executive on shift.
- Ensure safety of staff, patients and attendants while the machineries are used and during other cleaning process.
- Will ensure proper handing over and taking over of the shift to ensure smooth operations in the system.
