Its logistics management software supports the entire supply chain, from first-mile seller pickups to last-mile delivery, to provide end-to-end logistics visibility, reduce operational costs, and improve the customer experience.

• Performing root cause analysis and identifying problem trends in an effort to remove problems from the environment.
• Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution, which helps resolve tickets under the SLA.
• Slashed the incident ticket count of Tata Steel Limited by 70% by conducting MSR and maintaining healthier relations with the cross-functional team while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services.
• Analyzing the business work flow of the incident and testing the scenarios, use cases, and APIs with the Postman
