HARYANA PLASTIC& ENGINEERING WORKS –Manufacturing of two wheeler pars are Box battery, cover foot rest, insulator, flap rear, grip assy.

• Well handle injection molding process parameter setting and solving trouble shooting.
• Ensure production as per hourly target.
• Primary daily duties are focused on the minimization of scrap, repairs and downtime.
• Handle all production /shift related opportunities.
• Preparation of daily communication and loss report.
• Manpower planning & timely given training to machine operators & foreman.
• Rework and rejection control.
• injection molding robot setup.
• Responsible for improving OEE, PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, and daily basis calculation.
• Implemention of 5s & kaizen on shop floor.
