Assistant Manager|ACKO General Insurance August 2022 – Current ✓ Leading pilot project of Partnership health claims – IPD claims of the Gig economy workers (Delivery partners) ✓ To Resolve Customer Grievances & received complaints regarding any partial or total repudiation of claims & complaints regarding the delay in settlement of claims beyond the time specified in the regulations ✓ To Adhere to The Laid Process and Achieve Closures within TAT Without Any Error/Failures effectively ✓ Working closely with Enrolment, technology, and analytics teams to build better platforms for end-to-end claims management & streamline various processes. ✓ To handle Health Cashless and Reimbursement claim payments other than regularly assigned daily tasks. ✓ To coordinate with FHPL and MediAssist TPA for cashless and reimbursement Queries to resolve the payment issues of Health claims. ✓ Performing the role of “Key Spokesperson” for Most of the GIG partnerships like Urbanclap, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
