Experience
Executive Designer - LTK Industries
(2025-07 - 2026-03)
- Design and colour story development for a boys' wear category — 3 T-shirt and 2 track pant bodies across 5 colourways each — alongside 100+ original AOP, chest, and placement print graphics, with 25 SKUs in active development.
- Managed the end-to-end design process for a 40-SKU activewear category — from trend research and concept development to 8 commercially viable designs across 5 colourways — delivered in 6 months to project timeline.
- Owned category branding alongside garment design — logo, hang tags, heat seal labels, trims, and packaging — ensuring a cohesive, on-brand product launch.
- Conducted market research using RSM and ZSM field insights to identify a category gap, then presented the business case to convert 3 of 4 bottom-wear SKUs from knit to woven fabrication.
- Worked closely with merchandising, sourcing, and the vendor management team to align design output with brand guidelines, buyer briefs, and bulk production feasibility.
- Upheld quality and compliance standards across all garment bodies by directly managing fit reviews, trim placement, and lab dip sign-off, achieving sample-to-approval in 1–2 rounds.
- Contributed seasonal print and graphic design for the women's wear segment, supporting cross-category trend alignment.
Design Intern - Shoppers Stop (Kashish)
(2024-06 - 2024-07)
- Conducted competitor and trend research across 5–7 reference brands, translating findings into fabric, trim, and colour recommendations for the Spring/Summer design brief.
- Designed and presented 20 original concepts; 5 shortlisted for development within defined SKU count and budget constraints.
