General has been manufacturing & designing primary process control instruments for measuring Flow, Pressure, Temperature & Level. General has been supplying Flow, Pressure, Temperature & Level Instruments to various Industries Sectors including Refineries, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers and Power etc.
- Production Plan As per Monthly Target
- Managing the day to day production activities and ensuring that the production shopfloor and workstations are running smoothly and cost effectively
- Oversee the entire production process, including planning and organizing production schedules
- Assign daily workloads to team members to ensure efficient operations
- Team Worker and Coordination
- Supervise the production team to manage and execute production activities effectively
- Work with the team to plan, schedule, and perform production tasks
- Conduct job training sessions to help team members achieve production goals
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Process Improvement and Quality Control
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
- Monitor production activities to ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Investigate production issues, develop resolutions, and recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality
- Focus on reducing expenses and increasing productivity across all product lines
- Set ambitious production goals, communicate with employees and subordinates, and strive to achieve them
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, ISO, QMS (Quality Management Systems), and other relevant safety standards
- Maintain deep knowledge of ISO, QMS, and safety standards while ensuring proper documentation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention
- Knowledge of safety standards, ISO, and QMS processes
- Promoting operational excellence and production of high-quality products
- Liaising with different teams across the plant to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Driving continuous improvement regarding line efficiency by periodically reviewing performance results of production lines and taking corrective actions as necessary
- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
- Reviewing worker performance and implementing coaching and training as required
- Supervisor a team of 20 people
