Currently working as Hospital Pharmacist there as a contract pharmacist and am looking for good opportunity. Assure the appropriate selection,
dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders.
Greater Chennai Corporation - October 2020 – till now
▪ Provides pharmacological information as required by the patient and other health care professionals.
▪ Dispenses medication required by the patient as well as advising them on the proper use of all medication, both prescription and nonprescription.
▪ Takes inventory, places orders, checks in drugs and supplies, stocks shelves and removes out-of-date items from inventory.
▪ Inputs patient data and medication orders into a computer system.
Supermed Pharmacy - June 2020 – October 2020.
▪ In addition to the usual responsibilities performed by a staff pharmacist,
participated in an many camp program, recommended dose.
▪ Check prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness & safety for patients provide advice on medicine dosage and.
