Subros manufactures compressors, condensers, heat exchangers and all connecting elements required to complete AC loop and caters to all segments viz. passenger vehicles, buses, trucks, refrigeration transport off-roaders, residential air conditioners & railways. • Preventive maintenance of high pressure die casting die's as pr Std.
• Breakdown maintenance of all running dies.
• Responsible for quick & timely tool corrections for customer or quality assurance team complaints.
• Die blue matching process as pr required in dies.
• To eliminate quality & prod issues in dies.
• Die life increase process through retrofitting plan.
• Maintain all spare parts. Running & preventive dies.
• New die's trail.
• To maintain and update die's History card and preventive maintenance check sheet.
• All spare update in spare change plan sheet.
• Manpower deployed as pr work plan.
• Conventional machine operate and work plan as pr required. Like turning, drilling, grinding, etc.
• Use Tig welding.
• All breakdowns root cause analysis and plan preventive Actions.
• Modification in die vise & spares as the required. further update in drg.
• Reduce reworked process.
