- Built responsive, reusable UI components and key workflow screens (Group Management, Merchant Assignment, Cluster Management, User Administration) using React.js, Redux, and Amex DLS React.
- Implemented the merchant group publish workflow end-to-end, including form validation, real-time job/status tracking for long-running operations, and user notifications for success/failure states.
- Implemented role-based access control for group administration features, restricting actions based on user permissions.
- Optimized performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and API response caching, maintaining accessibility compliance with enterprise design standards.
- Achieved 100% unit/integration test coverage using Jest and React Testing Library, working closely with backend and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.

Client: American Express, Phoenix | Project: Merchant Servicing Portal (MSP). A unified platform enabling American Express customer care teams to support customers across any channel, whether the customer initiates contact or American Express reaches out proactively.
- Developed responsive, user-friendly interfaces for the Merchant Servicing Portal (MSP), enabling servicing of domestic and international merchants across multiple global markets.
- Built reusable React components and dynamic, validated forms for merchant management modules including Merchant Details, Financial Details, Banking Information, Pricing Data, and Account Setup, using AmEx's DLS design system.
- Built workflow-driven UIs for Banking Approval, Long-Term Reserve Approval, and Account Setup processes, including merchant search, filtering, sorting, and pagination for large-scale merchant datasets.
- Integrated front-end applications with REST APIs and backend/DataPower services to retrieve and update merchant financial and non-financial information, with real-time status updates and error handling.
